Q: How to find my player’s ID?

A: Tap your avatar icon in the upper left corner in the game lobby, the Player profile page will open, and there you will see your ID in the top left corner of the screen.

Q: How to change your name in the game?

A: Tap your avatar icon in the upper left corner in the lobby, the Player profile page will open, tap the pen icon, and type in the name you want.

Q: How not to lose your progress?

A: It’s a good idea to link your Facebook account to the game. To do that, simply go to Settings (tap the gear icon in the upper right corner), go to the General tab, and tap Link. Log in to your Facebook credentials, and you’re all set. The app will not be collecting or processing your Facebook profile data, linking your Facebook account simply guarantees the safety of your save data. If you’re having any issues with linking your profile or loading your data, don’t hesitate to contact us at help@playquantum.com

Q: How to switch to different devices using the same account?

A: That’s easy! Make sure to take these steps:

  1. Link your Facebook profile on your old device
  2. Install the game on the new device
  3. Pass the tutorial on the newly installed game on the new device (or skip it by performing a long tap in the lobby whenever you see the flying green dragon);
  4. Link your Facebook profile in the Settings in the new game, and your progress will be uploaded automatically.

Q: I’m not new to this kind of game. Can I skip the tutorial?

A: Sure! Simply perform a long tap in the lobby whenever you see a green dragon flying around. The tutorial will be skipped, and you will be free to start playing the way you want. Good luck!

Q: How to manage timers and payout times in the game?

A: To manage and adjust payout timers in the game (energy payout and Arena rewards), simply go to the Settings (Cogwheel icon) in the lobby, then tap Extras tab, and tap Time Settings. From there you can adjust your payout time. Please mind that you have two attempts to change the timers per 360 days. Don’t forget to double check before tapping ‘Confirm’. Choose wisely!

Q: I think I found a bug. How can I report it?

A: Send us a message with detailed description of the issue you’ve encountered to help@playquantum.com or hit us up on Discord, and we will investigate the issue and squash the nasty bug!

Q: Someone in the chat is not behaving. Where can I report them to?

A: If you notice any abusive behaviour, please report it to help@playquantum.com or hit us up on Discord, attach a screenshot where we can see the nickname and the message, and we will take care of it.

Q: The game has crashed, but I didn’t get the error message. Can you investigate the issue? What can I do to help?

A: You can report the issue to us, and we will investigate it. Please describe it in detail, and, if possible, send us the game logs. This will be really helpful. You can find them here:

  1. Here you can find some useful information on this topic. As you will get familiar with that - proceed to the next step.
  2. Use any file manager application of your device and open root folder
  3. Then go Android\data\com.playquantum.battler\files
  4. File will have name like BattlerLog_2019_08 - that is exactly what we need
  5. Hold your index finger on the file - additional menu will appear.
  6. Then attach this file to your email. Repeat these steps for each BattlerLog file and send them to us.
